Please read the following policies carefully:
1. Refund, Resend, or Return Eligibility
We will offer a refund, resend, or accept returns in the following cases:
1.1 Orders Delayed
Orders lacking tracking updates for over 60 days after dispatch are eligible for resolution. Exceptions include:
Orders to the USA: Eligible after 45 days from dispatch.
Orders to Brazil: Eligible after 110 days due to customs delays.
Orders shipped via special methods: Eligible after 100 days.
Important Notes:
Orders held at the buyer's local post office due to insufficient addresses or unclaimed status will not qualify for refunds. We recommend contacting the local post office for such cases.
Local tracking updates showing delivery but claimed undelivered by the customer will require verification, which may take up to 2 months with no guaranteed outcome.
1.2 Orders Not Received
If tracking indicates the package is delivered, refunds or resends will not be provided unless the buyer submits a certified non-delivery report from their local post office.
Refunds or resends are applicable only for issues like incorrect or insufficient addresses, refused delivery, customs issues, or undelivered packages verified by local logistics.
1.3 Products Damaged
A full refund or replacement will be provided for severely damaged items upon proof (photos or videos).
Partially damaged products (e.g., minor scratches, wrinkles) are eligible for partial refunds or replacements based on severity.
Exclusions:
Damaged packaging boxes are not eligible for refunds due to international shipping processes.
1.4 Incorrect or Missing Products
Incorrect products are eligible for full refunds or replacements.
Missing items that affect product functionality will be replaced; partial refunds are available for minor missing parts.
For size or color discrepancies, proof (e.g., photos) is required to resolve issues.
1.5 Order Cancellation
Orders can be fully refunded if canceled before they are processed at the warehouse.
Exclusions:
Customized (POD) orders and pre-order inventory are non-refundable after payment.
2. Unacceptable Disputes
We cannot process refunds, resends, or returns for the following reasons:
The buyer changes their mind or dislikes the product.
Minor discrepancies in product descriptions or odors.
Incorrect items ordered by the buyer.
Address errors provided by the buyer.
Packages returned or detained due to customs clearance issues.
3. Return Process
Returns are accepted only to our supplier's warehouse in China, and the buyer must cover return shipping costs.
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Important Notes:
International returns may take up to 3 months and are subject to damage or loss during transit.
We do not recommend returns unless absolutely necessary.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or strikes. However, we will notify affected customers promptly.
